When you are experiencing acid indigestion, it helps to sleep with your head elevated about 8 inches. There are several pillows you can buy to help to keep you comfortable and elevated.  If you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a pregnancy support pillow,  purchase a wedge of foam and have them cut it to suit you.  If you like, cover it with a decorative material.
